Stabilized Whipped Cream Recipes

Ingredients and procedure:

METHOD 1:

  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (very cold)
  • 2 tbsps Powdered/Icing sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch/Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  1. Whisk until stiff peaks.

METHOD 2:

  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (very cold)
  • 1 tbsp Powdered/Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsps Milk powder
  1. Whisk until stiff peaks.

METHOD 3:

  • 1 tsp Gelatine
  • 2 tsps Cold water
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (very cold)
  • 2 tbsps Powdered/Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  1. Mix gelatine and cold water.
  2. Microwave for 7 seconds and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix whipping cream, powdered/icing sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk until soft peaks.
  5. Slowly add the gelatine and whisk until stiff peaks.

METHOD 4:

  • 50 g Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (very cold)
  • 2 tbsps Powdered/Icing sugar
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk until creamy.
  3. Scrape down the sides and the bottom of the bowl using your spatula.
  4. Add the cold whipping cream and powdered/icing sugar and whisk.
  5. You can add a tsp of Vanilla extract if you like to.
  6. Scrape down the sides and the bottom of the bowl using your spatula and whisk again until stiff peaks.
